Project overview
I was both the Product Owner and a hands-on contributor to the UI/UX of a new Policy Management Platform. Our primary users were brokers, who are generally not tech-savvy and often resistant to change.
By focusing on intuitive workflows, reducing complexity, and building clear user journeys, the platform achieved extremely high usability scores. I also led the full data migration strategy and execution from the legacy system to the new platform, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and a smooth transition for brokers and internal teams.
